Flow Yoga

Flow Yoga is for everyone. If you can breathe, you can do yoga. This is a non purist yoga specifically designed for the fitness industry which integrates body and mind for total performance and is therefore an effective means of achieving body/mind health.

This active, flowing style increases strength, cardiovascular conditioning and flexibility using modifications and principles of alignment while allowing the participant to stay safe and feel challenged yet successful.
